Mabul's Tropical Fruits Tiger Prawn Recipe
Tiger Prawn (Shelled but Butterfly) - 2Kg
Yellow Mango - 1 nos
Honeydew (inner part of the fruit) - 100 gm
White Onion (Chopped Fine) - 01 nos
Worchester Sauce - 50 gm
Salt - seem as fit
white Pepper - seem as fit
Corn Oil - 50 gm
Mango, Honeydew and White Onion to be chopped fine and drained. Then add the 1st process to the Tiger Prawns. Add Worchester Sauce, Corn Oil, Salt and Pepper to the prawn and tossed. Keep in the fridge for at least 02 hours before grilled.
To be grilled with Unsalted Butter
